We are primarily based in Tokyo. Other locations can be discussed depending on the type and frequency of support.
Which languages do you support?
Japanese, English and Chinese are our primary service languages.
What can I ask you to handle?
We support setup, bookings, administrative preparation, local visits and coordination. Regulated work is handled by appropriately licensed specialists.
Are you available 24/7?
This is not unlimited round-the-clock service. Contact methods and urgent-response windows are agreed as part of your plan.
What happens in an emergency?
We first clarify the situation and help connect you with the appropriate police, fire, medical or specialist service.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Engagements are generally monthly, with a term proposed around your needs.
Can a family member arrange the service?
Yes. Families overseas may arrange support for a student or relative living in Japan.
Is the service only for students?
No. We support executives, expatriates, residents, long-stay visitors and their families.
Can overseas property owners use the service?

What if licensed expertise is required?
